danorama GmbH is the controller of personal data obtained through this website.

For inquiries regarding data protection or to exercise your rights as data subject, please contact us via email.

For website visitors, we collect the following categories of personal data:

  • the IP address,
  • the referrer URL, if any,
  • the browser’s user agent string, and
  • names of files the requests through our website and date and time of the requests.
  • We use this data for the following purposes to serve this site, to find out how visitors use our site, to fix technical problems, and to improve the site.

The legal basis for processing of the data is GDPR Art. 6. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above. The IP addresses are used by our servers to serve the site. We do not store IP addresses thereafter. The remainder of data is automatically collected in access logs without usersĀ“ intervention.

When being contacted by email, we save the message (including headers and attachments) and any personal data that is transmitted to us. We use this data to process the requests. Our legal basis for data processing for the purpose of making contact is Art. 6. Emails sent to us are retained for six years pursuant to Section 257 Subsection 1 German Commercial Code.

We only transfer personal data to other parties in the following cases:

  • We have been provided with explicit consent for one or more specific purposes pursuant to GDPR Art. 6,
  • there exists a legal obligation for disclosure pursuant to Art. 6(1) lit. c GDPR,
  • it is legally permissable and necessary for fulfilment of contractural obligations pursuant to GDPR Art. 6, or
  • the personal data is processed on our behalf by companies that act as our data processors in compliance with GDPR Art. 28.

You have the right to:

  • access to Your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR, Section 29 Federal Data Protection Act),
  • rectification of Your personal (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erasure of Your personal data (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • to withdraw Your consent at any time where the processing is based on point (a) of Art. 6(1) GDPR without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
  • restriction of processing of Your personal data (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • objection to the processing of Your personal data (Art. 21 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and
  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
